My Pages terms and conditions and personal data processing
Terms and conditions
Before accepting the terms and conditions, it is important that you read through what the terms and conditions below mean. To be able to log in to My Pages, you must accept the terms and conditions.
TFF processes your personal identity number, name and IP address in order to establish your identity and to enable your login to My Pages with BankID.
If you decide to pay via My Pages, we send data to the Nets company. If you make payment in a case, we send the amount and OCR number. If you pay everything at once (if you are involved in several cases) we send the amount and personal identity number.
The information on My Pages comes from our IT systems. The IT systems, in turn, receive information from the organisations TFF is dependent on. In the IT system that processes payment demand cases the information comes from such sources as banks, the Swedish Transport Agency and the Swedish Enforcement Authority. The IT system that processes claims cases receives information from such sources as insurance companies, the Swedish Transport Agency and the Swedish Tax Agency. The information normally comes altogether once per working day, in some cases less often.
The My Pages service is under construction, so we cannot guarantee that the information displayed is complete, accurate or up-to-date. The information may be changed or deleted without specific notice. We cannot guarantee that the My Pages service will work without interruption or disruption.
My Pages show what we know, but not what has changed in recent time. For example, if you have done something today, such as insuring your car, reporting a claim or making a payment, it will not appear on My Pages on the same day. If you think that My Pages show outdated information, contact us or log in again on the next weekday, when the information should be updated.
If you attach documents to My pages, we reserve the right to erase documents that contain, in whole or in part, data that is not relevant to our processing.

Processing of personal data
TFF is responsible for the processing of your personal data on My Pages. To establish your identity and to enable your login to My Pages with BankID, we processes your personal identity number, name and IP address. If you have a case with us, the data from My Pages comes from our IT systems and from BankID. If you decide to pay via My Pages, we send data to the Nets company. If you make payment in a case, we send the amount and OCR number. If you pay everything at once (if you are involved in several cases) we send the amount and personal identity number. If you do not have any cases with us we only process the information you register yourself and information from BankID.
We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data to be able to identify you and display the correct information.
Processing of personal data that you register yourself
If you order a register extract via My Pages you need to enter your email address so that we can notify you when your register extract is available on My Pages. You can also register your phone number to allow us to contact you by phone regarding your order. Your register extract will not include documents that you have submitted yourself on My Pages, such as files that you have attached in a message to us. On the page "Your rights" you can read more about register extracts.
If you send us a message through My Pages, you must enter your email address in order for us to notify you when a reply from us is available on My Pages. You can also leave your telephone number so that we can contact you by phone. If your message concerns a case with TFF the data may be saved in our IT system and used when handling your case.
When you send a message we save the data as long as you have an ongoing case. After that, they are erased within one month. If you attach documents on My Pages, we reserve the right to erase documents that contain, in whole or in part, data that is not relevant to our processing.
Logging of data
When you long in to My Pages with BankID, information about your use is saved in a log. We use the log for system maintenance, troubleshooting and for statistics that are used to develop the service with the right functions. The information from the log is anonymised before it is made available for statistical analysis.
The log is saved as long as it contains information that is relevant for troubleshooting and system maintenance, but no longer than 24 months. The information in the log is also saved on separate backup tapes where it can only be accessed for use in troubleshooting cases. Backups are stored for a maximum of 24 months.
