Report a claim
If you have a claim concerning damaged property or personal injury, that qualifies for processing by Swedish Motor Insurers (TFF), you can report it to us. The easiest way to do this is to use our digital claim notification.
To help you decide whether the claim can be reported to us or not you need to first answer some control questions. If it is a claim we process you can start your report immediately. If the claim is not to be reported to us you will receive information as to what to do instead.
The digital claim notification is only available in Swedish.
If you do not wish to report your claim digitally you can instead print out a form that you can fill in and post to us. We do not accept claim notifications by telephone.
